Punjabis residing in Balochistan have been in extremely awful situation from last many years. Target killing prevails throughout the Balochistan province. Its not a new news at all. Its been talked so much on various talk shows on the television, but the problem is that the government has totally failed in handling this very dreadful situation. The government has pronounced the involvement of Indian hand in all this worsening of Balochistan situation and target killing of Punjabis. But there is no solid step taken to overcome this. Many renowned and highly educated Punjabis have been target killed since last few years.

Target Killing of Punjabis has become a norm.
At the time being, the Punjabis cannot even go out to buy grocery and medicines or shop for any other thing. Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and the most active clans; Murri, Bugti, and Mengal, in favor of separating Balochistan from Pakistan have pronounced it on numerous occasions in the recent past that they invite Indian intelligence agency RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) to come up and help us in separation from Pakistan. The Pakistani flag has been removed from all the government offices, schools, colleges and other institutions.Pakistani anthem has been abandoned throughout the province. There can’t be any bad omen more than that. It’s turning out to be another East Pakistan going to be Bangladesh (God forbid).

It’s the call of the day that government must promptly act on it, take concrete steps to figure out the evil hand behind all that is weakening our country. Most of the baloch people, including the grandson of Nawab Akbar Bugti, Mr. Shazain Bugti, the Balochistan situation can be settled down if the government gives Baloch people their rights and the former president, Pervez Musharraf is tried and hanged. Balochistan situation got worsened when Nawab Akbar Bugti was killed on August 26, 2006. He was killed when a shell exploded in the cave in which Nawab Akbar Bugti was hiding.

The shell was pounded by the directives of then president Pervez Musharraf. Musharraf termed his death a victory for Pakistanis.
