your Comparison is Gr8. but as educated people we have to analyze why it happened !!
I do believe that this worst condition happened just becoz of the Long periods of Dictatorships. The Dictators have a small constituency of as compare to a Democrat governments , they do just usurp the power & make their Constituency happy by putting Taxes on poor Awaam & when they have gone they left Behind Poverty , illiteracy ,lawlessness & Helplessness .What do you think ?? how can a political government with no Strong roots , No strong Leadership ,No accountability can make all the Wrongs ..RIGHT in 2 or 4 or 6 years ?? I bet you they need 16 to 20 years of constant Democratic rule Just to Clean the TRASH that made by Military dictators in 8 to 11 years ….I also remember the way mobile companies, mobile phones, Credit cards & Expensive Cars were “Distributed” among the Masses during 2004 to 2008 & no one from the government paid any heed to the Literate Economists who were warning day in & day out about the economic Crises we would have to face !! I agreed that the Present government is highly inefficient & their way of ruling is not Awaami /Democrat but you cant blame them for this Economic Garbage .
