Reko Diq is the area where world largest copper reserves and one of the biggest Gold reserves has been estimated. Near 100 Billion Dollar and its just an surface estimate. The international conspiracy roots behind US invasion in Baluchistan via Drone Attacks and Jewish Mining Company Barrick Gold!
The current turmoil in Pakistan, thousands of journalists, attorneys, opposition leaders and human rights NGO members, has thus far not impacted the Antofagasta/ Barrick Reko Diq joint venture advanced exploration project. A conspiracy to gain 75% of all the reserves, gold, copper and whatever they find….

Mr Saleem Baloch’s anger is a manifestation of extreme frustration borne out of years of feeds that he must have been carrying with him since long. Anger because of being kept backward? Yes. But this is broad ended sweep. lets talk about those activities for which Baluchistan government is independant. Education , health, sanitation, water and sewarage, roads, industry and inland transport etc. A few years before, during comissionarate system, two commissioners conceded that we are unable to complete our projects because of lack of trained manpower. This was a direct out come of education. The more education – the more area is developed. This synthesis can be clearly seen across in all provinces – both India and Pakistan.
Now who has deliberately kept the area out of the education folds- sometime in the name of tribal customs and some times in the name of interference? Mr Saleem’s guess should not be way out of the mark. The youth are deliberately discouraged to join the fedral government jobs in particular the armed forces. Because should this happen then the myth of punjabi bias would get neutralised. It was after a long time that now we have seen the entry of sindhis in the forces breaking the myth that the waderas had coined against punjab.
We have plenty of hindus in Baluchistan and in sensitive positions. Are they more loyal to Pakistan or India and would that be because of the low calibre of politicians that are in Pakistan than in India that has caused the leanings of these fellows to wards India- consider what ever – but there is a ripe ground in which India is investing in as a state policy.
Now the poverty factor. Year before last over 500 cases of suicide were reported in Karachi alone – because of poverty. Sind had the no: at over 850. 95% due poverty. But none was reported from Baluchistan! But the intention is not to confront Mr Saleem with verbal duel. The purpose is how to take the intense feeling of despair out from our Baluchi brethrens. Yes, I will continue to call them brethren till my last breath whether Mr Saleem likes it or not. Let us take the development of Baluchistan on a war footing. Let us look at the poblem through the eyes of a Baluch and not through our lense. The time will not be far when we will be able to interface each other with the same thoughts and desires.
