National Academy of Young Scientists

Every developed country in the world has societies and organizations dedicated to promote S&T among young scholars. In Pakistan there exist many student organizations since last 50-60 years, but unfortunately, none of them has the above mentioned objective.

Recently, some PhD scholars and PostDoc. scientists/academicians from many universities in Pakistan have started a platform (NAYS- National Academy of Young Scientists) to provide the young Pakistani scientists and engineers with a suitable environment dedicated to scientific collaboration and exchange of ideas & information related to further research, and technical discussion for the betterment & development of Science & Technology in Pakistan. Further details: www.nays.com.pk

NAYS platform is for academic purposes ONLY. It is supposed to fill the large gap of organizational setup between S&T scholars and the esteemed Scientific bodies at national level (e.g. Pakistan Academy of Sciences, www.paspk.org ; Pakistan Council for Science & Technology, www.pcst.org.pk ; and Pakistan Science Foundation, www.psf.gov.pk )

NAYS welcomes scientists and engineers engaged in postgraduate and doctoral level studies to join hands for this noble cause. I request fellow scientists and engineers in the area of S&T, to join this community to strengthen the scientific activities in Pakistan.

For membership, please visit :

There is a very organized forum for discussions related to S&T by NAYS:
