Yesterday, the news was roaming around that, before issuing notification for transfer of CJ-LHC Khawaja Sharif, and appointing Justice Saqib Nisar as acting CJ of LHC, a high level meeting of Farooq Naeq, Attorney General of Pakistan, Babar Awan, and Yousuf Raza Gilani was held in Awan-e-Sadr, presidency.
Now it is coming to fore that, Farooq Naeq was in Karachi for whole day, and was not in the meeting. This was told personally on phone by Farooq Naeq personally to Kamran Khan of Geo News. It was also transpired that, the Attorney General was not in islamabad, when 3-judge Supreme Court bench called the AG in late night yesteday.
So, such an earthquake inducing decision was taken by three men team containing the Highest Corrupt the Greatest of the country Mr. Asif Zardari, the person allegedly taking bribe of Rs 30 million from Haris Steel (not contested so far by the accused) Babar Awan, and another accused corrupt of taking about Rs.7 million for getting favourabkle judgement for one of his client, and for this allegation was removed from the post of attorney general of the country, Abdul latif Khosa.
Now still, people like Khan Arif and others keep their eyes shut about the adventurism of present highly corrupt and highly inefficient government of Zardari? And blabber about ‘judicial activism, not taking notice of so-called “common folks’” interest? Bull shit!!!!
