While visiting my FaceBook account, I’ve found that there is some event that will going to held on 20th May, 2010. This event is basically a so-called contest for Prophet Mohammad’s drawings (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-aal-hi-Wasallam). This shows that FaceBook is not using for creating violence among Muslims all over the world.
Thousands of complains are made against this virtual event but FaceBook administration is not deleting/ banning this page, unlike they usually do even for very minor violation of Facebook Terms of Services.
This page is complete violation of FaceBook terms and conditions by spreading hatred and disrespecting Muslims and their values. In past we’ve seen that there are many material were published in the name of “Freedom of Speech” by different media all over the world. But their motive is to create violence among Muslim worlds and hurt their feelings. There campaign are more like a tease than of “Freedom of Speech”, and an obvious demo of mocking a religion, which for sure is not allowed by any religion of the world.
In Pakistan SMS based Boycott FaceBook campaign is on its peak, at least on 20th May, 2010. I request to all PakBits reader to raise your voice with whatever channel available to you and also report this page on FaceBook.
Update: Muslims community also created page Honoring the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) day 20th May on FaceBook.

It is true that efforts of a MUSLIM in the way of defeating the KUFAR and reviving ISLAM shouldn’t be measured on the results it creates……means any act how credible it is, how effective this is and whether it complies with HUKEM-e-SHARIAH or not, shouldn’t be measured on the justification that will it produce results or NOT….
We pray Namaz, but don’t know whether it will accepted or not by Allah Almighty, and whether it will create any changes in our lives or not, are not the factors, it’s an obligation and will stay an obligation forever…….
Boycotting has always been a tool through which muslims try to unite their emotions on one plateform, like boycotting isreali products, boycotting american products and now boycotting Facebook…….
There’s no question about the sincerity & intentions behind it, as Allah Almighty knows the best…..but these acts of boycotting never has created any big difference…….at all…..
Moreover, these acts from KUFAR will keep on going and going against our ideology and Prophet till it is challenged the way it has always been on a state level like in era of KHILAFAH…..
When roman’s snatched the hijaab of a muslim girl, and the way Khalifah Moa’tassim Bi-Llah responded….
When France/Uk tried to play the theatre drama on Hazrat Muhammad SAW, and the way Khalifah Abdul Hamid Sani responded….
When a girl screamed for help……and Mohammad Bin Qasim responded to the orders of Governor Hijaj Bin Yousuf…..
are few examples when Kufar tried to disrespect ummah’s emotions and ideology, and state responded…..
So I am afraid boycotting FaceBook is not gonna create any difference at all……as its not the Ummah who are protecting the “idea of FREEDOMS” from secular west…..
Infact its our states, our traitor democratic, dictator and kingdoms leaderships who are protecting their (KUFAR) interests……
Just imagine Saudi Royal boycotting and cutting the supply of Oil to west, how effective it would be ???
Just imagine Pakistani Democrates boycotting and cutting the supply of food, ammunition and oil to NATO, ISAF and US forces in Afghanistan, , how effective it would be ???
Just imagine all the Arab world close down the american bases on their lands, how effective it would be ???
