  1. Shahid Khan says:

My friend from Rawalpindi, Pakistan told me he had passed his driving test by bribing the examiner 200 rupees, around £2 pounds. Months later his younger brother took his practical test but failed! My friend asked him did you not pay the examiner before entering the test? he replied no! He told his brother to book another test and follow his advice that everyone follows. . Weeks later he returned home with a big smile and a full Pakistan driving licence. This routine does not only happen in Pakistan, it openly goes on in India, Bngladesh, Sri Lanka and I belive Africa. No hassle no nonsense – Easy come easy go!
