Pakistanis are no doubt very talented this time our famous Rock Band STRINGS are now appointed as a Brand Ambassador of Etihad Airways. This is great news of Pakistanis and especially for the fans of Pop-Rock Band Strings.
Eithad Airways has signed 1 year contract with Pakistani Pop-Rock Bank “Strings” as its brand ambassador. They will target the expatriates living around the world. This is a huge news that one of the international leading airline is selecting a Pakistani band for its Brand Ambassador. It is first time in Pakistan and it will give boost to the local entertainment industry, which is somewhat in the gloom these days.

Faisal Said on this occasion;
It is not only about free air tickets. We needed something like this to promote the true image of Pakistan. We want to do concerts internationally, but it is very expensive. This deal will help to overcome that.
Faisal Kapadia along with Bilal Maqsood became national icons back in the 90’s and with a passage of time became one of the best bands of Pakistan. Their songs have been used as soundtracks in many Indian and Hollywood movies including Spiderman 2.
Chief Commercial Officer of Etihad Airways Peter Baumgartner said Strings would help the Abu Dhabi-based airline to reach out to Pakistani expatriates. “We have planned a lot of cultural events where Strings will be performing.”
