1. Always begin with honest appraisal and admiration.
2. Observe carefully the mistakes made by people
3. Take a look at yourself before you pick out faults in others
4. Ask questions before commanding something
5. Give chance to others so they may explain themselves
6. No matter how small a benefit or act of good might be, always praise it
7. Give popularity to others and let them live
8. Give encouragement, do not get anxious on affairs.
9. Whatever you task others to do, let them do so in peace. If you do not do so, then you are creating an atmosphere of competence, though you might not be competing against them.
Each one of us wants to become a Leader, but none wants to follow these ways; these can turn an ordinary person into a Leader.
