The Agony of Youth

In any nation youth has an indispensable role to play first to diagnose and then to root out any obstructive dilemma of the society not just by virtue of their hot blood, but also by their intellect and tyranny of patriotism.

Pakistan is fortunately a country where youth has got immense talent and boosting potential; it can definitely bring a remarkable change by its positive synergy. Pakistani soil has produced numerous eminent figures encompassing almost every walk of life i.e. engineering, medical, research, sports etc. But a hard pill to swallow is that most of those big names made their own path as shear luck also had played a pivotal role that they emerged and raised the Pakistani flag amongst the world. Otherwise the state itself and governess hasn’t facilitated them much. Unfortunately the capitalism in Pakistan embedded in the democracy is the major apple of discord in suppressing the youth.

In Pakistan we find two `extremes` that are clearly visible to those who wear specs of justice. One is living in clover whereas the other doesn’t even have dry bread and clean water to drink. This class discrimination is the bone of contention of all problems that youth faces.

There is a diverse range of problems that youth has to encounter in Pakistan, from unequal opportunities of acquiring education to the monster of unemployment. From taking admission in any institution to getting a reputable job, all needs backstairs influences otherwise most of the time exit door is shown to them.

And those who intend to get higher education from abroad, have to confront a flock of plunderers disguised as `Legal Consultants` who charge them unbearable fee with no certainty of success. Moreover the mental trauma thus generated in youth due to frequent failures adds insult to injury which has no remedy. Even a well groomed, intelligent and potent individual gets solicitous and a desperate idea floats in his mind that he is nothing but an `inflated coin`! and most of them unfortunately indulge themselves in non profitable, non constructive activities such as narcotics, theft and other criminal acts, Increasing crime rate complements this analysis. So naturally, a rift has been generated between youth and the government. It’s the clear evidence of poor strategic decisions from the executives of the country that a huge amount of talent has been emaciated that can be utilized to stabilize the deteriorating domains including agriculture, education, health, corporate sector and technology etc.

Lack of transparency, bribery, poor law and order situation, delicate policies, inflexibility, imbalance of rights, uneven distribution of wealth etc. all these unfavorable ingredients are the causes of youth disintegration that can’t be wiped out in fractions of a second. If executives and all upper administration of the state get rectified and the whole system gets overhauled .only then things might settle down in an apple pie order, else every effort made would prove to be a wild goose chase.

A possible solution to debug the above cited problems is that scholars and other serious circles of society including journalists, educationists, economists, businessmen etc. with collaboration with youth should unite at a platform and with mutual efforts find out ways to pluck the agony root and branch.

But youth should not forget that “every cloud has a silver lining on it”, so after every dark night a new dawn always rises, it’s a rule of nature. So despite all those lapses in Pakistan that not intend to facilitate the young generation ,the fresh bloods should not lose hope and envy that after this long autumn ,spring will definitely come one day and aroma of new buds and flowers will spread in each corner making the gloomy ambiance a vibrant one.

But youth should not forget that “every cloud has a silver lining on it”

This does’nt really provide a solution , the author is merely trying to sign the topic off by providing mere encouragement and hope which is insufficent at this point .. what happens if one does not live to see the dawn .. The problem with us pakistanis is that instead of devicing methods to see in the dark , we look forward to the dawn, even though we do not even have the slightest estimate about the timing of the dawn ….. thats what we call “Living in a fools Paradise”

So people please grow up !!!!!!!!!! . Its articles like these which only waste the readers time !!!!!!!
