The whole Karachi is covered by billboards, hoardings, banners etc bearing dedications and messages of ‘khak-e-paa-e-ahle-bait’ and muazziz Senator of this poor great land of Pakistan, Syedena Faisal Raza Abdi. These hoardings are of imaginably every size available in the market – on the roads of Pakistan, particularly of Karachi.

I don’t know, if such types of dedication and showing of religious emotionalism behove of a ‘senator’, the law giver of the upper house. But I know, and could easily imagine that, these boards and hoardings have costed, not millions, but millions and millions of rupees. Understanding the political parties in general, and PPP in particular, I can easily surmise that, these costs must not have been borne by the party, not by the ‘khak-e-paa’, Syedena Abdi, but yaqeenan from the government exchequer. Knowing that, common, and even the educated Pakistanis, are ‘aqeedat mand’ and blindly devotional to any thing ‘religious’, and nobody would dare raise a single eye brow, Abdi sahib has covered the whole Karachi with his devotion obliviating the costs behind such showing!

Knowing a very little bit of Abdi sahib’s background that he was a small time electronic shopowner in some Karachi electronic market, before his excellency zaradri picked him up in the political arena as his obedient friend, he must not have this much money in his own pocket to raise all these boards, hoarduings and banners on his own.

Will some one ask for the record? Will the Election Commisson, if not any other citizen or citizens of this dumb country?
