Designer brand, Saira Shakira, is all set to launch their latest luxury Eid Collection on Tuesday June 14, 2016 through an open-house at their flagship store at Galleria Mall in Gulberg, Lahore.
Saira Shakira’s latest Eid collection consists of 15 basic designs and 25 luxury designs; it showcases a diverse range of unique ensembles with asymmetrical cuts based on luxe, summer-friendly fabrics such as organza, chiffon, and cotton net. The collection is an amalgamation of pastel shades and floral embroideries that celebrate summer and the festivities of Eid. Patrons will be able to purchase the collection off-the-rack at the brand’s flagship store and online from their Facebook page www.facebook.com/sairashakira from June 14, 2016 onwards. Customised pieces can also be ordered at the one-day open-house exhibition running from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the day. All basic designs will be available within a price range of PKR 15,000 to PKR 25,000 while the luxury designs will be available for PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000.
Speaking about their Eid collection, the designer duo, Saira and Shakira said: “Eid is a time of celebration and that is exactly what our latest collection is all about. In this, we celebrate womanhood and individual style through our diverse range of designs. We have created each outfit with meticulous attention to detail that reflects the true essence of a Saira Shakira woman.”
Saira Faisal & Shakira Usman, both graduates and distinction holders from Pakistan School of Fashion Design, are the principal designers of the brand. Saira Faisal has worked as a fashion model with the industry’s leading photographers and designers in early 2000’s while Shakira Usman is renowned for her intricate sketches. Put together, both have over a decade worth of experience in the fashion industry. They came together in 2012 to start the brand which we now know as Saira Shakira.
